Payment Options

There are several ways to transact your gift to Allegheny General Hospital. The following forms of payment are accepted when giving an outright or annual gift or payment on a long-term pledge.  Simply complete the AGH Giving Form and return it along with your gift or payment.  Refer the instructions below when making a gift of securities/stock, transferring cash via electronic funds transfer, or contributing mutual fund shares.
