| Application Process |
All applicants will be expected to complete the application process through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Candidates selected for interview will be notified by e-mail correspondence through ERAS. Guidelines for submission can be found by clicking on the link provided here. ERAS

Visa Requirements: Program will accept applicants with J-1 visa and Permanent Resident (Green Card) status. Allegheny General Hospital does NOT sponsor applicants with H1B visa status. |

| Interviews |
Applications will be downloaded and reviewed beginning December 1 and will continue to be reviewed on a daily basis. The program will extend invitations for interview via e-mail through the ERAS PostOffice.

| Nephrology Match |
The Nephrology Fellowship Program at Allegheny General Hospital participates in the Medical Specialties Matching Program (MSMP) for fellowship positions. All ERAS deadlines will still apply. Nephrology program directors are not able to download applications until December 1. The Match deadline for submission of rank lists has enabled us to extend our interview deadline. Interviews will be conducted in February and March. The following is a partial schedule of 2010 Match dates for positions beginning July 2011.
