Pennsic War

Every Summer the Society for Creative Anacronism (SCA) holds their largest annual event where thousands of people from around the world gather in Western Pennsylvania for 17 days and take part in various medieval activities, most notably large-scale, full-contact battles.  AGH EM resident physicians along with local EMS crews provide medical and first aid assitance for the event.
