Brief Narrative:
I grew up and graduated high school in Dublin, OH, with extra-curriculars in music (drums, of course), journalism, and sports (rowing, gymnastics). I eventually matriculated to Notre Dame and continued with music as a cymbal player in the drumline of the Band of the Fighting Irish, watching for 3 years as the team lost many games. After spending a summer traveling in Europe and teaching English in China, I spent four years in Nashville for medical school and miss the "true" country music venues.

I have 2 younger sisters, one starting work in D.C. with a consulting firm, and one living in Vienna, Austria, finishing her masters in marketing.

I hope to continue all aspects of well-being throughout residency and to be involved with research and improving healthcare to underserved communities. I hope to give back to this program through my individual experiences and learn to become a better teacher.

I am a gemini and have no pets. I love traveling and trying new things, from foods and music to sports and art. Most of all I love laughing, dancing, and being with friends/family.
