Brief Narrative:
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia and followed the tracks to Happy Valley for undergrad. I topped off my four years at Penn State with a semester abroad in Australia, where I worked at the 2000 Summer Olympics. After a year of research, I started medical school at Jefferson, where I met my husband. We recently got married, during those few short weeks between graduation and the start of intern year. We did not do the couples match because he is in urology, which is an early match program. We chose Pittsburgh because it offered great opportunities for both of us.

Hobbies:
I enjoy swimming, sports, traveling, scuba diving, spending time with friends and family, and generally staying active- I have been told that I tend to get bored easily.
