Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythums and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO! Our goal is simple: We want people to want to work out. By integrating Zumba into everyday life individuals may achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of calorie burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, body energizing movements! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythums and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and your've got ZUMBA! Led by certified Zumba instructor, Megan Klucinec and Becky Lefever. Tai Chi, "meditation in motion" (Click to view July classes) Lead by certified instructor, Joseph Bozzelli, participants learn a series of The art of tai chi is safe for all ages and fitness levels. The movements are low impact, putting minimal stress on joints and muscles. Recommended as a helpful program for people with arthritis or those recovering from an accident or fall.
