Senior Programs at Destination Wellness

           Destination Wellness offers great programs for our seniors and baby boomer generation.

           Along with our regular educational seminars, health screenings, and wellness classes,

           our site provides special programs designed for those 55 and over. 

• AARP Driver Safety Program
  

  8-hours of driver refresher instructions over two days qualifies you for a state-mandated discount.  Check with your agent.  Fee:  $10/person. 

• APPRISE Medicare Part D selection
  

  Representatives from the Lutheran Service Society of Western PA will be available to address Medicare questions and discuss Part D options through a one-on-one appointment.  Bring a list of current medications and insurance information.

• Good Grandparenting:  Changing with the Times

               A class designed for new and expecting grandparents.  Topics include child safety--

             what to do with car seats, strollers, toys, and childproofing your home.  Great souces

              available.  All who attend are invited to our Family and Friends™ CPR class at no cost.

       Fee:  $5/person
