September 22, 2009

Natrona Heights, Pa., – Alle-Kiski Medical Center’s (AKMC) PriorityCare program will host Raymond Drabicki, MD, for a presentation entitled “Hip Injuries and Disorders: Current Advances in Arthroscopic Treatment” on Tuesday, October 6, at 6 p.m. in the Charles W. Young Conference Center at the hospital in Harrison.

Hips are very stable and when healthy it takes great force to hurt them. However, playing sports, running, overuse or falling can all sometimes lead to hip injuries. Dr. Drabicki will discuss treatment options for hip injuries and disorders.

Dr. Drabicki is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine. He is currently with Greater Pittsburgh Orthopaedics and is on staff at Alle-Kiski Medical Center.

PriorityCare is a free membership program offered by AKMC to all adults age 55 or older. Please call 724-226-7339 to register or e-mail: kgiovann@wpahs.org.
