Alle-Kiski Medical Center provides a full range of procedures to diagnose colorectal cancer and polyps including, colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy.

In addition, there is a range of surgical options for the removal of colon and rectal cancers, as well as complete bowel reconstruction services and supplemental adjuvant therapies.

Using the most advanced technology available, our surgeons are able to remove many cancers with only a small abdominal incision. Some cancers of the rectum can be removed using a natural orifice (without any incision). In addition, most colorectal cancers can be treated without colostomy.
