Flu vaccination clinics will offered at Canonsburg General Hospital and are open to anyone over the age of 18 per the following schedule:

Monday, September 28 - 9 a.m. to noon
Wednesday, September 30 - 9 a.m. to noon
Monday, October 5 - 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The clinics will be held in the McNary Conference Center.

A fee of $20 will be charged. The hospital will bill Medicare Plan B, Security Blue, Freedom Blue and Advantra Freedom. For all other insurances, the subscriber is responsible for payment and subsequent submission to their insurance company.
