Prior to Enrollment
Before enrollment in Citizens School of Nursing, students need to complete several activities:
- Financial Aid Activities
- Health Screenings
- Drug Screening
- Child Abuse/Criminal Background Checks/Clearances
- Liability Insurance Enrollment
A Pre-enrollment Session is held to provide students with information related to financial aid applications, required health and drug screenings and child abuse and criminal background check and liability insurance.
The health and drug screening results, criminal clearances, and liability insurance information must be on file in order for the student to enroll. Findings in the child abuse and criminal background check may prevent enrollment.
