This 2-hour course is designed to increase staff feelings of competency in decision-making and effectiveness while responding to a pediatric code.
Learning Objectives
- Appropriate team members respond to the code.
- Team members demonstrate assessment skills and implement appropriate interventions based on assessments.
Expected Outcomes
- Critique the response immediately following the mock code.
- Identify barriers to a successful pediatric code.
