The STAR Center is located in The Western Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing building at 4900 Friendship Avenue, across South Millvale Avenue from the main entrance to The Western Pennsylvania Hospital.

To reach the STAR Center, follow directions to The Western Pennsylvania Hospital.

Visitors may park in the hospital's Parking Complex at the corner of Liberty and South Millvale avenues.
