Classes to be held Tuesday, March 5 and Wednesday, March 6.
This is a two part class open to all adult drivers age 55 and over with a valid drivers license.
Students learn defensive driving techniques, new traffic laws, and rules of the road. Through interacting with one another, students learn to safely adjust their driving to compensate for age-related changes in vision, hearing and reaction time. There are no tests.
Upon completion of this class, participants are eligible to receive a minimum 5% discount on their auto insurance. Participants MUST attend both days in order to receive the certificate for the discount.
FEE: $12.00 for AARP members (discount applies to those with proof or AARP membership).
$14.00 for non-AARP members
Light refreshment is provided. Parking is free, valet parking is available at main entrance.
