Cholesterol lowering drugs, known as "Statins", have surpassed all other classes of medicines in reducing the incidence of death, heart attack and stroke. 

Join Jane Holmes, Pharm D, from Allegheny Valley Hospital as she presents "The ABC's of Statins".  She will cover topics about how they work and the differences between the various forms, the benefits of using them to prevent heart attack or stroke, and common concerns people have.

Following the presentation, register for a one-on-one personal review of your medications with a pharmacist and bring them with you to meet Jane.
