This class should be taken between 30th to 37th week of pregnancy.
All the birth information from the four week Childbirth Education Series is covered in this class taught by nationally certified Childbirth Educators. Content includes stages of labor, comfort and coping strategies, relaxation and breathing techniques. A tour of the Women's and Infants Care Center is included in the class.
Fee: $150.00 per couple, plus $10.00 for any additional person attending. Fee includes Baby Basics and Breastfeeding Classes.
