Gain support, obtain information and learn from others having cardiac disease or heart surgery. A variety of health professionals will present heart health, stress management and nutrition topics during designated meetings.
Subsequent meetings will be held the 4th Wednesday of every other month.
This month's featured speaker will be Cardiogist, Rajiv Swamy, MD from Tri-County Cardiology, who will present "Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).
