This is a 4-week, 1-1/2 hour class Thursdays, March 7 through March 28.

The series will teach participants how to make better food choices that promote  changes that can last a lifetime.  The class reviews a variety of situations, including label reading, grocery shopping, and an actual food demo, as well as the triggers that surround food choices.

There is no fee for Highmark members to participate in this program; a nominal fee for non-Highmark members.
