Pathways to Wellness
Speaker: Betsy Blazek-O'Neill, MD
Does the term "exercise" bring up unpleasant thoughts about painful movements, what you should wear to the gym, or the difficulty of finding time to work out? Most people know they should exercise more, but have trouble figuring out how to get started, or how to keep themselves going once they start. This lecture will educate you about the critical role of exercise in preventing or reducing the effects of most American disease, and then give you practical tips about how to fit exercise into your week and how to keep it going.
Spaces are limited. Registration is required by calling Physician Access at 1.877.284.2000
