This is the fifth lecture in the Pathways to Wellness Community Health and Wellness series, which began October 8th, designed to help you make the first steps toward a lifestyle of healthy eating.

Topic:  Controlling High Blood Pressure With Lifestyle Modifications.

Speaker:   Christine Mackey, MD, Department of Internal Medicine, Allegheny General Hospital.

This lecture will present strategies for lifestyle modifications, including dietary choices, which can lower high blood pressure (hypertension) and reduce the risk for stroke and heart attack.
