Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that promotes well being by circulating the “chi” of the body through a series of slow, relaxing and controlled movements, and is great for all ages to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance, increase flexibility and much more. Recommended as a helpful program for people with arthritis. This six-week series meets weekly on Tuesdays and ends on March 25, 2014.
