The evidence is clear. Tai Chi can be beneficial for your physical and mental health, no matter how old you are or how much physical ability you possess. It is suitable for everyone from the avid exerciser to those who "hate" exercise or have long been sedentary.
Its many benefits include stress relief, better balance and prevention of falls, reduced blood pressure, relief of pain, improved immunity, and better sleep. This gentle form of exercise can prevent or ease many ills of aging.
This demonstration will include a free Tai Chi demonstration. You may join in or just sit back and watch.
