West Penn Allegheny Health System Integrated Medicine and the Arthritis Foundation of Western Pennsylvania are offering an 8-Wk Fall Session with accredited instructor Gurney Bolster.
This Tai Chi Class is gentle and can be performed standing or sitting.  No Prior experience required.
 
These classes will:
Promote Mobility and Relaxation.
Reduce stiffness, fatigue and pain.
Improve muscle strength and balance
Improve Psychological well-being.
 
FEE:  $75/One class per week                            WPAHS Employees:  $60/One class per week
           $130/Two classes per week                                                            $105/Two classes per week
