Tips For Lowering Your Blood Pressure Naturally.

Please join Matthew Coppola, MD, Department of Internal Medicine, Allegheny General Hospital as he speaks about high blood pressure, and like most chronic health conditions, how it is preventable with healthy lifestyle practices.

If you have already been diagnosed with high blood pressure, there are ways to help lower your blood pressure naturally.  Even if your doctor has prescribed medication, you can make lifestyle changes that can work with your medication to lower your blood pressure significantly.

Some people who make these changes find that they can eventually stop taking blood pressure lowering medication altogether.  And they feel better too!  You could be one of them.

Why not make it a healthier new year?  Come and learn how.
