Classes are Tuesdays February 14, 21, 28 March 6th, 13, & 20.

NO Yoga experience is requied!

Our classes are designed specifically for pregnancy and helpful with recovery in the postpartum period.  Modifications are made to accomidate all stages of pregnancy/postpartum so you can attend any class.  Yoga classes include stretching, breathing and some poses that will tone and strenghten your body and increase relaxation.  We love your babies but please do not bring them to class.  A certified Perinatal Fitness Instructor- Yoga Trained will lead the class. Wear loose clothing and bring a mat if you have one.  (We can provide mats if you do not have one).

You must have a physician/midwife's signed consent to attend.

FEE:  $5.00 per class.  Sign up for 5 classes at $25.00, and the 6th class is free.
