As part of our commitment to financial transparency, West Penn Allegheny provides its 990 forms for all of its System entities to the public. The Form 990 is an annual informational filing required by the Internal Revenue Service for some charitable, educational, or religious organizations that are exempt from federal income taxes. West Penn Allegheny is such a non-profit organization, and we are pleased to present our 990 forms to the public in demonstration of our many charitable contributions.
