These four classes develop knowledge of the childbirth process to help you achieve an optimal birth experience. Content includes hospital orientation and tour, stages of labor and the Lamaze* method of childbirth. 

Classes should be started between the 30th to 33rd weeks of pregnancy.

Fee: $85.00 per couple

This four week series takes place on November 30,December 7,14 & 21.

* Please note: Lamaze refresher enrollees will attend the third and fourth classes of the series for a fee of $50 per couple. The Lamaze refresher is for women who have delivered within the last 5 years.
