Colon and Rectal Cancer

The Western Pennsylvania Hospital - Forbes Regional Campus offers a range of surgical options for the removal of colon and rectal cancers, as well as complete bowel reconstruction services and supplemental adjuvant therapies.

Using the most advanced technology available, our surgeons are able to remove many cancers with only a small abdominal incision. Some cancers of the rectum can be removed using a natural orifice (without any incision). In addition, most colorectal cancers can be treated without colostomy.
