Destination Wellness offers programs to teach children and young teens the importance of good health and wellness.  From Safe Sitter to Highmark's Personal Nutrition Coaching, our programs will help educate and motivate children to live a healthy lifestyle.  Schedule your child for a one-on-one coaching session with our registered dietician and receive valuable information about healthy food choices and weight management.  Get your child's blood pressure checked for free anytime during business hours.  Our staff of registered nurses is able to screen your child using child-sized blood pressure cuffs.

Stop by Destination Wellness in October during the mall-sponsored trick-or-treat to pick up a healthy treat for your child’s teeth. In December, children ages 3 – 10 can pick up a handwashing coloring sheet, drawn by one of our staff and enter it for a chance to win an age-appropriate prize in our annual coloring contest. The contest is held to promote proper handwashing in support of December’s National Handwashing Awareness month.
