Outpatient Diagnostic Testing

Many heart patients take anticoagulation medication like Coumadin (Warfarin), to help prevent stroke, blood clots and other medical problems. These "blood thinners" slow the blood's ability to clot. The Anti-coagulation Clinic is a service established to monitor and manage the medication(s) that a patient might take in order to prevent blood clots.
