“I am pleased to welcome Dr. Wilberger into this important position,” said Juliet Geiger, RN, MSN, Executive Director, PTSF. “He will bring to the board a wealth of knowledge that will help lead PTSF into the future and realize its vision of becoming the premier organization in Pennsylvania for assuring optimal outcomes for all trauma patients.”

Dr. Wilberger is Chair of the Department of Neurosurgery at Allegheny General Hospital where he also is Co-Director of the Comprehensive Epilepsy Program.

He was appointed Vice President for Graduate Medical Education for West Penn Allegheny Health System in 2008.
