AVH Physician Discusses GreenLight Laser Therapy For Enlarged Prostate
Wednesday, December 12th, 2012
Natrona Heights, Pa., –Allegheny Valley Hospital’s (AVH) PriorityCare program is sponsoring a free physician lecture, “GreenLight Laser Therapy: A New Option for Enlarged Prostate Treatment” on Tuesday, January 29, at 6:30 p.m. at AVH’s Outpatient Care Center, 651 Fourth Avenue, New Kensington. Rong-Chung (“R.C.”) Lin, MD, a board-certified urologist, will explain this treatment option.
GreenLight Laser Therapy is a minimally invasive treatment for enlarged prostate. GreenLight therapy allows rapid urine flow improvement, quick return to normal activities and reduced complications.
When men reach their mid-50s, their chances of experiencing bothersome urinary symptoms increase. In many cases, a physician will find that an enlarged prostate (also called Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia or BPH) is the cause. If urinary issues are interfering with your daily activities, it’s time to explore your options. No solution is right for everyone, but understanding your options is the first step.
Dr. Lin is on staff at AVH and has offices located in Tarentum and Natrona Heights.
Space is limited so please call 1.877.433.2873 to register.
