Mary Warde, President of the Allegheny General Hospital Auxiliary, is pleased to announce the auxiliary’s 13^th Annual fund-raising gala, “Carnevale di Venezia”, a black tie optional event, to be held at the Carnegie Museum Music Hall Foyer on Saturday, April, 14^th, 2012. 

Guests will enjoy an evening of fine dining and eclectic entertainment featuring Grammy Award Winning heroic opera tenor Gary Lakes and the Joe Negri Trio, all in a setting befitting the mystery and beauty of Venice, Italy. All guests will have the opportunity to enter a special raffle to win a trip for two to Venice and Florence, Italy. The package includes roundtrip air from Pittsburgh, hotel accommodations, rail ticket from Venice to Florence, daily breakfast, Venice gondola ride and a Venetian highlights tour.

Proceeds from the 2012 Gala will fund the ongoing campaign focusing on Allegheny General’s enduring dedication to patient–centered care. The goal of this campaign is to increase patient satisfaction by creating a physical environment with patient rooms that parallel the high quality of care provided by the physicians and clinical staff at AGH.
