AVH offers Sinus or Allergy – Who Nose?

Friday, February 17th, 2012

Natrona Heights, Pa. – If you suffer from chronic cough, runny nose or other ‘allergy’ symptoms, you are not alone.  Millions of Americans suffer with rhinorrhea (runny nose), post nasal drip, chronic coughs and other allergy symptoms. Allegheny Valley Hospital’s PriorityCare program is sponsoring “Sinus or Allergy – Who Nose?” on March 27, 2012 at 6 p.m. Ear, nose and throat specialist, Richard Bernat, MD, will present the diagnosis and treatment of these troublesome disorders and be available to answer your questions.

Medical and surgical solutions are available, however proper treatment requires a proper diagnosis of the underlying cause. Dr. Bernat, board-certified in otolaryngology, is on staff at AVH and has an office in Brackenridge.

The program, which is free and open to the public, will be held in the Charles W. Young Conference Center at the hospital in Harrison. Call PriorityCare at 724-226-7339 to register.
