Medicare and You Making an Informed Choice

Natrona Heights, Pa., – The PriorityCare program at Allegheny Valley Hospital (AVH) will host “Medicare and You: Making an Informed Choice” presented by Bill McKendree, lead counselor of the Allegheny County APPRISE program on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 10 a.m. in the Charles W. Young Conference Center at the hospital in Natrona Heights. APPRISE is a program operated by Family Services of Western PA in partnership with and funded by the Allegheny County Area on Aging.

Mr. McKendree will discuss Medicare, the choices you may face, and what impact recent health care reform efforts will have. If you are currently on Medicare, will soon be starting on Medicare, or are the main support for a Medicare beneficiary, this is a program you should attend.
