Associated Press: Deployed dad uses web cam to see western Pa. birth

PITTSBURGH - A Pennsylvania Army National Guardsman deployed in Iraq has coached his wife through the birth of their first daughter by using a Web cam.

Twenty-five-year-old Sgt. Justin Allenbaugh is serving his second tour in Iraq. He and his wife, Roxanne, of Monroeville, learned over the Christmas holiday that she would be pregnant. Knowing he wouldn't be there for the birth, Allenbaugh arranged for a Web cam at West Penn Hospital-Forbes Campus.
