Thoracic surgeons at Pittsburgh's Allegheny General Hospital are using the advanced da Vinci robotic surgical system to perform minimally invasive lung cancer surgery, offering new hope to patients with early stage lung cancer who may not be good candidates for a more invasive operation. There are headaches that should not be ignored. Allegheny General neurologist Dr. James Valeriano says if you have a headache with neck pain or nausea, or just the "worst headache of your life" you should be checked out. It could be a serious condition such as meningitis, stroke or a ruptured aneurysm.
