There are headaches that should not be ignored. Allegheny General neurologist Dr. James Valeriano says if you have a headache with neck pain or nausea, or just the "worst headache of your life" you should be checked out. It could be a serious condition such as meningitis, stroke or a ruptured aneurysm.
