Canonsburg General Hospital

Canonsburg General Hospital was built as a result of an outpouring of financial support from our community. Their involvement allowed the hospital to continue its nearly 100-year tradition of providing high-quality, low-cost care with linkages to the latest medical research and advanced technology.

Canonsburg General Hospital has launched a capital campaign for the Emergency Department expansion project. This $4 million dollar project involves nearly doubling the size of the department to increase the number of examination rooms and to improve patient flow from triage and registration to treatment and discharge. With a 9% increase in visits over the past several years, the department has truly outgrown its current space.
