Varicose Veins and Venous Insufficiency
Venous insufficiency is a condition that affects millions of patients. The problem is under-recognized and often inadequately treated. This condition can lead to unsightly varicose veins and spider veins, but it can also lead to more serious problems such as leg aching, restless legs, swelling of the legs, and even ulceration.
At CVI, we offer the latest tools to diagnose and treat venous insufficiency. These include state-of-the art vascular lab studies to diagnose venous reflux; endovenous ablation procedures to close veins that have failed valves; sclerotherapy (with or without ultrasound guidance) and the latest in compression therapy techniques.
