Donations
With heart disease recognized as the leading cause of death in the United States and congestive heart failure as the leading diagnosis of patients in Forbes Hospital, it is critical to have an advanced cardiac care facility that the community can rely on.
In 2006 Ed Dardanell, of Oakmont, PA, realized the importance of such a facility and made a most generous planned gift to support the new cardiac services at Forbes Regional Hospital. In recognition of his gift, The Ed Dardanell Heart and Vascular Center was named in his honor.
The Ed Dardanell Heart and Vascular Center greatly appreciates the community’s support and contributions that enable the Center to provide nothing less than the best cardiac care possible.
