For parking at The Ed Dardanell Heart and Vascular Center, once you come through the main entrance of the Hospital, turn left onto the circle drive and park in Visitor's Lot "C" (second parking lot on the right) and enter through the Visitor's Entrance.


Q. What are the visiting hours?
A. We will try to bring family members in to see their loved ones as soon as possible, but please be patient as our priority is your loved one. Visiting hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. The unit is closed to visitors from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

All visits are limited to two people at a time as long as patient care is not disrupted. Changes in patient's conditions may alter the visiting hours.

Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU).


Q. Are there places to purchase food while I'm visiting?
A. There is a cafeteria located on the second floor of the Hospital and the Haymaker Café is located on the first floor, near the Emergency Room. For a list of operating hours, please see the unit nurse for times. A vending machine area is also located in the hallway next to the cafeteria and is available 24 hours.

Snacks may also be purchased from the Gift Shop on the second floor, across from the information desk in the Visitor's Entrance lobby.


Q. Can I use a cell phone at The Ed Dardanell Heart and Vascular Center?
A. Cell phones may be used in the Hospital lobbies and near the Hospital entrances. Cell phone usage within The Ed Dardanell Heart and Vascular Center is prohibited.


Q. How do I make an appointment to see a physician associated with The Ed Dardanell Heart and Vascular Center?
A. There is a list of Cardiologists and Cardiovascular Surgeons on this Web site who provide services at The Ed Dardanell Heart and Vascular Center. Your doctor may refer you to be evaluated by any of these physicians; call their office directly to make an appointment.
