Tai Chi for Arthritis

The Lupus Center of Excellence and the Arthritis Foundation of Western Pennsylvania are offering a unique 8-week tai chi course for individuals coping with the pain and swelling of arthritis.

Accredited instructor Gurney Bolster will lead winter and spring sessions at two convenient locations; Allegheny General Hospital on the North Side and Peters Township. Classes are $80 for 8 sessions or $140 for 16 sessions. For more information or to register, call 412.DOCTORS (412.362.8677).
