Radiation Oncology
The West Penn Allegheny Health System Radiation Oncology Network consists of eight radiation oncology clinics, with the lead facility based at Allegheny General Hospital (AGH).
Patients and referring physicians can be confident that they have access to one of the region’s and the nation’s leading radiation oncology programs, staff, training, equipment and expertise. West Penn Allegheny Health System’s Radiation Oncology Network has once again earned accreditation by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and The American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), a distinguished seal of approval that identifies programs offering cancer patients the highest level of quality care and safety. The designation makes West Penn Allegheny Radiation Oncology among the largest accredited radiation oncology programs in the United States and the first accredited program in western Pennsylvania.
