Mission Statement
The Allegheny Valley Hospital Trust is the philanthropic arm for Allegheny Valley Hospital. The Trust will solicit, receive and distribute funds that will promote and support the capital, operational and program needs related to the care of the sick, injured and disabled and the promotion of health for the patients of Allegheny Valley Hospital.

Vision Statement
Allegheny Valley Hospital Trust will be recognized as the primary vehicle for the acquisition of charitable contributions to support the needs of Allegheny Valley Hospital. One-hundred percent of all gifts generated by the Trust remain here to serve the needs of the patients who receive care at Allegheny Valley Hospital.

Statement of Goals
The goals of the Allegheny Valley Hospital Trust are to:

• Promote positive public awareness about Allegheny Valley Hospital and the AVH Trust through friend-raising activities;
• Broaden our base of individual, corporate and foundation support to effectively address the hospital’s needs;
• Develop new leaders who will play an active part in the building of the AVH Trust;
• Exercise sound fiscal management and stewardship.
