The Application Process

Each year, four outstanding candidates will be selected. Our residents have come from some of the best medical schools in the U.S. and around the world, including graduates of Johns Hopkins, Temple University, Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of Pittsburgh, University of Maryland, and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. We hope you will consider being among our new class of residents come Match Day.

Applications are accepted only through ERAS. We accept applications through January. However, we urge you to submit your application by November 15 so that it receives the careful consideration it deserves. The following support documents are required for your application to be reviewed by the Resident Selection Committee:
  • Medical School Transcript
  • Copy of results of National Board scores, USMLE or NBOME
  • Proof of ECFMG certification is required for all international medical graduates
  • Dean's letter
  • Three letters of reference
  • Photograph (preferred)
  • Personal statement
You will be notified by mail if you are invited for an interview. Interview days are arranged to suit your schedule.
