Pittsburgh, home to The Western Pennsylvania Hospital, is one of America's premier centers of medical science and re search. The University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, museums, and some of the city's best cultural attractions, restaurants and nightlife are all located within the neighborhoods immediately surrounding The Western Pennsylvania Hospital.
One of the nation's "Most Livable Cities" and home to great major league sports teams, today's Pittsburgh is a major center for health care, education, industrial research and development, high technology, retailing, finance, and culture.
