How Are Our Donors Recognized?

Patients, family members, employees, physicians and the community at-large support the hospital’s work through their generous contributions to programs and campaign efforts.

Our donors are extremely important to us and we continuously seek ways to recognize them and express our gratitude:

* Any donor who contributes $100 or more in a given year will be published in The Western Pennsylvania Hospital Foundation Annual Report and featured on the annual donor recognition display.

* Current donors whose cumulative gifts total $1,000 or more will be featured on the permanent donor recognition wall located on the second floor main walkway of the hospital.

* Donors receive invitations to appreciation events.

* Donors are recognized and receive benefits based on their giving level:

• Benefactor $1,000+
• Benefactor of Honor $5,000+
• Benefactor of Distinction $10,000+
• President’s Society $25,000+
• Chairman’s Society $50,000+
• Founder’s Society $100,000+
