2008 Friendship Ball

The Western Pennsylvania Hospital Foundation’s annual Friendship Ball was held Saturday, March 15, 2008, at the Westin Convention Center Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh.  Proceeds from the Ball directly support West Penn Hospital programs and services, helping us to provide the highest level of care to our patients and families.

The Ball was co-chaired this year by Dr. Sukhdev and Mrs. Elisha Grover.  Dr. Grover is a member of the West Penn Hospital medical staff in the department of Medicine, division of Pulmonary Medicine.  The theme for this year’s Ball was A Passage to India.  [More Photos...]

2007 Friendship Ball

The 2007 Western Pennsylvania Hospital Foundation Friendship Ball was held on Saturday, February 24, 2007 at the Westin Convention Center Hotel.  The Friendship Ball is a black-tie affair featuring cocktails and dinner, dancing and silent, Chinese and live auction items. The Ball benefitted the Touching Tomorrow Capital Campaign, School of Nursing renovations. Debbie Fiehler was Chair of the 2007 Friendship Ball.

2006 Friendship Ball

The thirteenth annual Friendship Ball was held Saturday, February 25, 2006 at the Westin Convention Center. The 2006 Ball chairperson was Liann Tsoukas Beasley. The 2006 Friendship Ball raised over $210,000 to be dedicated to the West Penn Hospital School of Nursing Renovations.
